Maximum factory preparation
Lock mortising at the factory, pre-drilled hinge seats, frame rebate cut-in, 45° frame mitring, precise geometry of every element — fully ready for fast installation.
Custom sizes in 50 mm steps at no extra charge
Width at no extra charge: 600–900 mm (50 mm steps). Height at no extra charge: 1800–2100 mm. Maximum height — up to 2300 mm for an additional fee.
Frame made of combined material (solid pine + MDF)
Pine gives the frame rigidity and reliability, while MDF provides a perfectly even surface for a quality finish — the frame resists deformation for many years.
Thick 6 mm MDF layer
Increased rigidity of the door leaf, resistance to deformation and a longer service life.
Kiln-dried timber frame
Structural strength and durability of the doors even after many years of use.
Dense 18 mm honeycomb infill
Better stability of the construction and the door leaf overall.

IN WOOD doors arrive on site fully ready for installation: lock already mortised, hinge seats pre-drilled, frame mitred at 45° — the installer only needs to assemble and align it. No extra on-site adjustments — only precise factory dimensions.
Result: installation is fast, accurate and without the risk of damaging elements on site.
