We stand behind the quality of every door that leaves our production — from materials to hardware.
What the warranty covers
- — 1 year from the shipment date — manufacturing and material defects.
- — Hardware (hinges, locks, handles) — under the hardware manufacturer's own terms, stated in the documents for the batch.
- — Applies provided storage, transport, installation and use guidelines are followed. A claim requires the supply agreement and invoice.
How to file a claim
Contact your manager or call +380 (50) 880-38-41. To file a claim report, provide:
- — the contract or delivery note number
- — a description of the defect with photo evidence
- — the date and circumstances of the defect discovery
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover:
- — damage caused by a breach of transport or storage rules
- — natural wear (scratches, abrasion) from use
- — damage caused by factors beyond the manufacturer's control (room humidity, improper installation, etc.)
