The leaf
MDF over a kiln-dried timber frame, 18 mm core — facing thickness is 6 mm on ETALON, NOMINAL and PERFETTO, 4 mm on FREZZATTI.
Leaf thickness depends on the line: 40 mm for ETALON, PERFETTO and hidden-frame doors; 34 mm for NOMINAL and FREZZATTI. Six millimetres do not show in a photo, but they show in the hand: a thicker leaf is heavier and closes more tightly. Soundproofing is only available on ETALON.
Finish
PVC film is the base finish across all lines. Palette: 17 colours in ETALON and PERFETTO, 12 in NOMINAL and FREZZATTI.
RAL or NCS painting is made to order and available for FREZZATTI and PERFETTO. There is no ready photograph of the colour in that case, only an indicative sample, and the lead time is longer.
Leaf edge
PVC edge — the base option, the edge is covered with film. Aluminium profile — metal along the edge: it looks more expensive and takes knocks better. Black, white or matched to the leaf. INSIDE profile — the same plus a decorative aluminium inlay on the leaf, black or grey.
Aluminium options are available in ETALON and in hidden-frame doors.
Frame
Telescopic — the most common. It has a sliding part that adapts to the wall thickness without cutting. Width 80, 100 or 120 mm.
Coplanar — the leaf sits flush with the wall, with no projection. Available in ETALON and PERFETTO.
Hidden — disappears into the wall completely. Two versions: STANDART for plaster finish and LUX for panels. It needs no architrave and no extension jamb; instead there is a system of aluminium trim profiles. The frame itself can be painted to a RAL colour.
Architrave and extension jamb
The architrave covers the joint between frame and wall. Telescopic 80 mm, also available with a 40 mm wing; coplanar 80 mm — front side only, there is no rear architrave in the coplanar version.
The extension jamb deepens the frame for thick walls: 100, 150 or 200 mm.
Sizes
No surcharge: width 400–900 mm, height 1800–2100 mm, 50 mm steps. Made to order, +20% on the leaf price: width 950 and 1000 mm, height 2150–2300 mm. Non-standard frames and extension jambs are calculated the same way.
Hardware fitting
No fitting — the leaf as it is. Lock fitting — the cut-out for the lock mechanism only. Full hardware fitting — lock, hinges and frame adjustment. The door arrives ready to install.
On models with an aluminium edge, fitting costs more.
Extras
Leaf soundproofing — ETALON only. Painting the aluminium edge to a chosen colour. Opening side: left, right or sliding.
