IN WOOD doors in real interiors

A colour on a screen and a colour in a room are two different things. Embossed film catches light differently, dark leaves look one way in daylight and another in the evening, and a white door in a room with warm walls reads warmer than it does in a photograph.

So this gallery is not about the catalogue. It is about how the doors behave in real rooms.

What to look at. How the leaf sits next to the floor — that is the main pairing in any interior. How visible the frame is: a telescopic frame projects from the wall, a coplanar one sits flush, a hidden one disappears. How a moulding or a milled pattern reads in side light — side light is what shows relief.

If you are looking for something specific, go to the collection pages: they list the models and colours available in each line. And the exact colour in your hand is best seen at one of our partners or at the factory in Poltava.
