Standard warranty

IN WOOD interior doors come with a 1-year warranty from the shipment date. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, provided the storage, transportation, and installation guidelines are followed.

Hardware warranty

The warranty on hardware (hinges, locks, handles, etc.) is determined by the hardware manufacturer according to its own warranty terms, specified in the accompanying documentation for the product batch.

Warranty terms

The warranty is valid provided the storage, transportation, installation, and usage recommendations are followed. A warranty claim must be supported by the supply agreement and invoice.

Warranty repair

If a defect is found within the warranty period, the partner contacts their manager or calls +38 050 880 38 41 to file a claim report. Repair or replacement is carried out free of charge, provided the defect is not related to a violation of transportation or usage conditions.

Warranty claim procedure

To file a warranty claim, the partner provides:● the contract or invoice number;● a description of the defect with photos;● the date and circumstances under which the defect was found.

Warranty exclusions

The warranty does not cover:● damage caused by violation of transportation or storage rules;● natural wear (scratches, wear marks) from regular use;● damage caused by factors beyond the manufacturer's control (room humidity, improper installation, etc.).
