Doors made to your opening, not the other way round

A familiar story: the opening is 830 mm. The shop tells you to take 800 and cover the gap with an extension, or take 900 and cut back the wall. Both mean extra work, extra money and a result you can see.

Our size grid runs in 50 mm steps: 400, 450, 500 and on up to 900 mm wide, and 1800 to 2100 mm high. Within that range there is no size surcharge at all. Not a promotion, not an exception — it is the ordinary list price.

So for an 830 mm opening you take an 800 mm leaf and a normal frame, and the door sits as though the opening had been built for it.

Wider and taller are made too. Widths of 950 and 1000 mm and heights of 2150, 2200, 2250 and 2300 mm are made to order at +20% on the leaf price. Non-standard frames and extensions are priced the same way. We say this up front so there is no surprise on the invoice.

Floor-to-ceiling doors are worth a separate mention. A 2300 mm leaf changes how a room feels more than any decoration, and looks best in concealed doors, where there is no frame at all.

Any size works with any collection — ETALON, NOMINAL, FREZZATTI, PERFETTO and concealed doors. A non-standard size does not limit the model or the colour. See "How to choose interior doors" for the bigger picture.
